2.PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF RULES AND DECISIONS, CONSENT TO USE AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS. By entering this Giveaway, each participant warrants that he or she has read and agrees to abide by all giveaway rules and that he or she is not prohibited from participating in the giveaway. Participation in this giveaway constitutes participant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of CardsDirect, Inc. d/b/a 123Print (“123Print”), its parents, affiliates, employees and agents, which are final, binding and non-negotiable in all respect. Each participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless 123Print and its parents, affiliates, shareholders, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers from any liability arising from or related to the giveaway, including without limitation, (a) unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) personal injury, death, and property damage; and (f) claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Further, participants fully and unconditionally release all claims for consideration, copyright infringement and all other claims of any nature relating to the use of their entry, name or likeness.
3. ELIGIBILITY. This giveaway is open to U.S. residents 17 years of age and older. Proof of age and identity must be furnished upon request. Employees, agents, independent dealers and affiliates of 123Print and its agents, affiliates and immediate family members of all such persons, are not eligible to participate in this giveaway. 123Print reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend, or amend this giveaway at any time for any reason. 123Print further reserves the right to amend these giveaway rules at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. 123Print reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Official Rules, data manipulation, copyright infringement or infringement of the rights of a third-party.
4. TO ENTER. This giveaway will run on or about October 10, 2023 through November 17, 2023 (“Promotional Period”). To enter the giveaway during the Promotional Period participants are asked to: (i) submit an original photo taken by them or a computer generated image created by them. Eligible Entries must be submitted during the Promotional Period. Each participant can submit up to three (3) entries. Each participant agrees to abide by these Official Rules. Persons submitting incomplete entries or entries under false pretenses will be disqualified. 123Print is not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind. Participant’s submission signifies agreement by participant to grant 123Print an exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, perpetual license to publicly display participant’s entry and to use such entry in any future marketing without any monetary compensation. Participant further certifies that the entry submitted does not contain any trademarks, logos, copyrighted material, or other intellectual property belonging to any third party and that all intellectual property shown is owned by participant. 123Print reserves the right to disqualify any entry which 123Print, in its sole discretion, determines to be offensive, illegal, in violation of any privacy or other third party rights or for any other reason. By entering, participant also agrees that 123Print may publish participant’s name and entry on 123Print's website, or in such other media or formats as 123Print may elect without any compensation. By entering, participant also agrees to confirm any of the above in writing upon request by 123Print.
5. PRIZES. There will be ten (10) Eligible Entries selected from all Eligible Entries by an internal panel of judges for 123Print in their sole discretion on or about the week starting November 20, 2023. These ten Eligible Entries will be posted on the 123Print website for voting open to the general public. Each individual will be allowed to vote once per day and any use of automated or third party software in voting is prohibited and will disqualify the entry. The voting period will remain open on the Website from November 21, 2023 - November 28, 2023. After the voting period closes, the top five (5) entries with the most votes will advance to the final round in which the internal panel of judges for 123Print will select three (3) prize winners on or about the week of November 29, 2023 through December 4, 2023. The criteria that 123Print’s internal panel of judges will use in selecting each winner will include, but is not limited to: 1) overall aesthetic appeal, creativity and originality; 2) quality of execution; and 3) appropriateness for use as a background image for a greeting card. Each respective winner hereby agrees to assign all rights, including but not limited to copyrights, to their entry to 123Print. Upon completion of the obligations specified herein, the selected winner(s) will then receive prizes as stated here: Grand Prize - their winning image will be used on 123Print's site as a purchasable item, $200.00 in store credit to use our on website within 30 days for purchase of any printed product(s) using their winning image and an additional store credit of $20.00 each month thereafter for twelve consecutive months. Each $20.00 credit will expire in sixty days. The retail value of this grand prize is $440.00. Second Prize - $100.00 in store credit to use our on website within 30 days for purchase of any printed product(s) using their winning image and an additional store credit of $20.00 each month thereafter for six consecutive months. Each $20.00 credit will expire in sixty days. The retail value of this grand prize is $220.00. Third Prize - $75.00 in store credit to use our on website within 30 days for purchase of any printed product(s) using their winning image and an additional store credit of $10.00 each month thereafter for six consecutive months. Each $10.00 credit will expire in sixty days. The retail value of this grand prize is $135.00. All valid participants will receive a $10.00 store credit good for 30 days to be used solely on 123Print. Credits are non-refundable and odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The winner is responsible for any taxes or other costs and expenses not listed above. All decisions of 123Print in this giveaway are final, binding and non-negotiable. Prizes are non-transferable, no substitution will be made, and no prize may be transferred or substituted for its cash value.
7. IDENTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER. 123Print will notify the potential winners by email at the information on file for the winner. If unable to make contact with the winners within ten (10) days after 123Print’s first attempts to notify the winners, or if the winners fail to claim the prize in accordance with these Official Rules, the winner(s) will forfeit the prize. To accept and receive the prize, each respective winner must sign and return to 123Print a copy of these Official Rules, a form provided by 123Print releasing 123Print from all claims, and any other documents deemed necessary in 123Print’s sole discretion. All submitted content may be used on the 123Print website, social channels and marketing materials, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that all material submitted to 123Print will be owned by 123Print and that 123Print will own all rights to the materials.
The winner’s name may be posted at www.123print.com as well as the 123Print blog, Facebook or Twitter pages.

By entering this sweepstakes, participants consent to 123Print’s use of their name, likeness, image and biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes without any compensation, except where prohibited by law. BECAUSE PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM PARTICIPANTS WILL BE COLLECTED BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANTS SHOULD REVIEW 123Print’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at http://www.123print.com/go/Privacy-Policy. By entering this sweepstakes, participant authorizes 123Print to contact participant for commercial purposes via fax, telephone, or e-mail address provided in the participant’s entry email. There will be no use of participants name or other personal information for future commercial purposes except as in accordance with 123Print’s privacy policy. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to conflicts of law rules.
